We offer one guarantee and we put it in writing. If your business is not automated in 90 days, we give you your money back.
What the guarantee covers
The money-back guarantee applies only to the complete 90-day program: Brand and Social, Advertising and Automation hired together. If by day 90 your business is not automated, we refund the amount you paid for the program.
How it works
- The guarantee is part of the contract you sign when we start. The contract states exactly what “automated” means for your business.
- The 90 days start on the day your onboarding begins.
- To use the guarantee, write to us within 15 days after day 90.
- We review the request against the contract and pay the refund to the original payment method.
What it does not cover
- Steps hired on their own (Step 01, Step 02 or Step 03). These have no money-back guarantee.
- Ad spend paid directly to Meta or any other platform.
- Delays caused by missing access, approvals or materials we need from you, as described in the contract.
Other services
Payments for single steps and monthly services are not refundable once the work for that period has started. You can cancel future periods as set out in your contract.
