This policy explains what personal information Hyper Media Group LLC collects through hypermedia-llc.com, why we collect it and the choices you have. We keep it short and we never sell your information for money.
Who we are
Hyper Media Group LLC (“Hyper Media”, “we”) is a marketing company registered in Wyoming, United States. Address: 30 N South Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming. Email: info@hypermedia-llc.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, your business Instagram and your approximate monthly revenue when you use the contact form, and your email when you ask for your first carousel.
- WhatsApp messages. The contact form opens WhatsApp with your answers. What you send there is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and reaches our business account.
- Usage data. Only if you accept cookies: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address and how you arrived at the site. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not collect payment details, government IDs or any sensitive personal information through this site.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare a proposal for your business.
- To create and send the carousel you asked for.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure our ads on Meta and show them to people who are more likely to be interested.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
Who we share it with
We only share information with providers that help us run the business:
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our email.
- Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Workspace).
- Meta (WhatsApp Business and the Meta Pixel).
- Our hosting provider, Hostinger.
We do not sell personal information for money. Using the Meta Pixel for advertising can count as “sharing” under California law. You can turn it off at any time (see below).
Your privacy rights
Depending on your state (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising.
- Not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
To use them, write to info@hypermedia-llc.com. We will confirm your request within 10 days and answer within 45 days. We may ask for information to verify your identity. You can also name an authorized agent to make the request for you.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can opt out at any time from Cookie settings by turning off marketing cookies. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, marketing cookies stay off automatically.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information while we are talking with you and for up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it earlier. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and we limit access to your information to the people who need it. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
